JC Nightwalks in Baby Pink Suede
I love these bad boys. I actually bought a pair earlier this year (in the Exotic snake print) but realized after walking around in them for a bit that they were too small for me :( I'm going to sell those on Ebay, and I figured I have to buy myself another pair to replace them. I wanted the nude color originally, but I think these light pink suede ones fit my skin tone a lot more. I think these are gorgeous clubbing shoes, or even work with a simple cute top and some jeans. Knowing me I will probably pair them with some sort of random, ridiculous  outfit...

JC Night Lita in Pink Butterfly

Lemme keep it real: I have some serious mixed feelings about this shoe. Why? It's one of those shapes I'm just not sure about. Yeah, it has the exact same heel-less effect as the Nightwalks, but I think the shape of the lace-up boot part looks odd to me when you're wearing the shoe (at least from what I've seen in pictures online). I might be the only person who has this gripe, because it almost doesn't make sense since I love the Nightwalks with a passion. That's why these are on the "Maybe" list. I'm not entirely convinced I want to get them. What's winning me over is that beautiful butterfly print. I'm entranced by it. I wish they made any of their other shoes in this print (especially the Lita, or even the Damsel) because I would buy it in a heartbeat. Of course it doesn't help that this specific color is on sale at Eilatan. Here's the blue version:

Upon further investigation, I discovered that Solestruck has all the Nightlitas in their delicious candy colors on sale for even cheaper:
Always a viable option.

The moment I heard about the JCxBlack Milk collabo I knew I had to grab a pair. The question was, which ones? I had actually preordered the Back Offs in Bone Machine all the way back in April--that's right, April--and did some thinking for about a month and realized I didn't like the style as much as I thought I did. So, I canceled that order in May. That led me to finally settle on the 99 Ties in Cosmic Print. I wasn't really interested in the Lita version, the Nightwalk version, or even the Damsel version (simply because I own two pairs of Damsels already) so I decided I want to give these a chance. I was never too fond of the same of the 99 Ties, probably because I'm so used to monster heels. But I love the print and I actually see this being one of my most wearable pairs.

JC Lita CMYK in Black Pink
Um, yes please. If this doesn't say "bad bitch" all over it...I don't know what does. All black leather...pink spikes and matching eyelets...and plus these things look STURDY. As in I won't fall-and-bust-my-ass sturdy (of course with me that's always a possibility no matter what shoes I wear). I am not a Lita collector--I love the shoe, that's what JC is famous for--but one or two pairs for me is more than enough. These are the cream of the crop. I love the Lita Spike, but put any kind of color on an all-black leather shoe and I'm pretty much sold. To the club, to a movie, to the damn grocery store for all I care. I would wear these mofos all the time. And what sort of dark and mysterious outfits could I come up with this one? Oh, the possibilities....

JC Shadow Stud in Black Silver

These elicit the response: what the...what the fuck does that girl have on? Are those spikes? It that a shoe or a killing device? How does she even walk in those things?
They aren't for the faint of heart. Which is exactly why I want them. I don't care how many weird, confused, perplexed, mortified looks I get. This shoe demands attention and repulsion at the same time. I think the first time I spotted them online I had a blank stare for at least ten minutes. Then a huge, silly-ass grin came across my face. I might have met my match in the shoe world.
